Small gestures of self-love

Here are the little things you can do for yourself and your well-being:

  • take a long, hot shower
  • read a chapter of that book you’ve been meaning to read
  • brush your hair
  • take a nice nap
  • cuddle your friends
  • declutter your room
  • paint your nails
  • draw your favourite plant
  • take a walk in your favourite park
  • have a cuppa hot tea
  • call your loved ones
  • do a lil bit of exercise at home
  • hug your dog
